Overnight tariff per room per night based on 2
adults sharing (see booking terms below)
- £75 for 1 night / £70 for 2 nights

For some weekends and holiday
periods a 2 night minimum
stay may apply, however a 1 night stay may still be
possible. We can also usually offer a 1 night stay at
75% of the 2 night tariff. Please check with us through our
online booking system or by phone for availability
of single nights reservations for these periods.

Kennelling per night
- £5, bed and bowls provided, heat lamp if
required
Dogs must have been
wormed and treated for fleas within 1 month of arrival
and be up to date with vaccinations. Proof of this (eg
certificates, dated receipts) must be provided on
arrival. Most veterinary practices will administer flea
products and wormers at cost price.
Please note that all pets remain the responsibility
of their owners at all times. Liability is not assumed
in any way whatsoever by the proprietors. Kennels should
not be viewed as boarding kennels.
Livery per night per horse
- £20 bedding and shavings available at cost
price.

Policy
To comply with UK law, smoking is not allowed at The
Forest.
Checking in and out times
Check in time is between 5pm and 7pm weekdays, 6pm and 8pm
weekends or by arrangement
Check out time is between 8am and 10:30 am or by
arrangement.
If you are delayed or expect to arrive late then please do
let us know so that we can leave the main gate lights on
for you.
Booking terms
Details of a debit or credit card is
requested at the time of booking to secure all
reservations. For reservations for weekends or for 2
nights or more a non-refundable deposit of 20% (minimum of £30)
is charged at the time of booking. Cheques can also
accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made 48 hours prior to arrival
then no further charge will be made.
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours then we will
make every effort to re-let the room but if not successful
then the first night's accommodation fee will be charged
minus any deposit already paid.
Settlement of account
The balance of accommodation charges is
payable on departure and may be made by cash or by debit
card. We also accept most
credit cards but for payments under £80 we would be
grateful if accounts could be settled in cash.
Credit and Debit Cards
 We accept the following
debit and credit cards for payments over £80: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa,
Electron, Solo, JCB and if required American
Express subject to the following charges:
• Debit and Credit Cards: No charge
• American Express: 2% transaction fee
Website
• We make every effort to ensure that the information and
bedroom descriptions contained on our website and accompanying leaflets are accurate but we
reserve the right to make changes and we accept no
liability for minor inaccuracies.
Liability
• Our liability for damage, loss or injury including loss or
damage to vehicles and their contents and to the personal
possessions you bring with you is excluded as far as permitted
by law.
• All play equipment must be supervised by an adult at all
times and is used at own risk. The proprietors accept no
responsibility or liability for any injury or loss resulting
from the use of the play equipment.
• All guest pets remain the responsibility of their owners at
all times. Liability is not assumed in any way whatsoever by the
proprietors for pets belonging to guests.
Games Room and Stables
• We keep our ponies in the stables. Please do not enter
any stalls at any time.
• The games room is open from 10am to 9pm.
• It is not possible to provide heating for the games
room.
• Please do not feed any animals unless authorised by us.
